Best Activities for Kids in Cusco and The Sacred Valley

We spent about 4.5 months in Cusco, and sleuthed out as much kid-friendly things we could in this town of less than 500,000 people.

The restaurants El Tablon on Avenida Cultura, Aldea Yanapay restaurant on 415 Calle Ruinas, and Etapoy, a restaurant at the bottom of the hill from Real Plaza on Avenida Cultura all have kids play areas

Overall, Cusco is a very safe and friendly city. If you can manage the altitude and climate, it’s a great place to bring kids.
